Account Security

Your password is hashed, never stored in plain text. We use SSL encryption on all pages where you enter payment details. Two-factor authentication is available in Settings. Log out after each session on shared devices.

Payment Verification

Every deposit clears through your registered DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank account. We verify that the payment method matches your account name. Withdrawals are checked against your account history and deposit records before we send funds back.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your language and payment-method choice, and track how you navigate the lobby. You can clear cookies anytime in your browser settings without losing your account.

Data Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus a retention period for dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. Closed accounts have data archived according to local law.

Data Export & Deletion

You can request a full export of your account data — transaction history, personal details, bet logs — from Settings > Privacy & Security. Deletion requests are processed after account closure and any pending withdrawals.

Head to Settings > Account, then select Close Account. Any pending withdrawals will be processed first. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened, but your data is retained for dispute resolution and compliance for 12 months, then archived.

Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security and select Download My Data. We compile your account information, deposits, withdrawals, and all bet records into a file, which you receive via email within 3 business days.

Open your Account > Transaction History to see every deposit and withdrawal with timestamps. Filter by date or payment method. If a transaction appears here but not in your bank or app, contact support with the transaction ID and we'll investigate.
